Remember, carbohydrates are your fuel and if your body isn’t using them to train it will be using muscle. A big mistake people make is that they think that if they don’t eat carbs their body will use up its fat stores. This is not true as the body will think its starving and hold onto the fat and use muscle instead of fat or carbs. The result of this is that you might lose two stone but its not fat its muscle so your body shape doesn’t change your still the same shape just lighter and a lot weaker.
